The vessel accommodates up to six (6) passengers per charter.

Yes. All charters must be booked in advance through our booking platform.

Guests must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before their scheduled departure time.

Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Food and beverages are not included unless specifically stated in your charter package. Guests may purchase food and beverages separately from Brooks On The Water before boarding.

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and vessel rules. Port Of Brooks reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a charter due to unsafe or intoxicated behavior.

No. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited onboard.

No. Port Of Brooks is an adult-focused charter experience. All passengers must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise approved by management.

We recommend:

  • Valid identification
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Appropriate footwear
  • Light jacket during cooler months
  • Camera or phone for photos

Please do not bring:

  • Weapons
  • Illegal substances
  • Glass containers
  • Excessive luggage
  • Large coolers
  • Any item deemed unsafe by the Captain

No. Guests should plan accordingly before departure.

Port Of Brooks reserves the right to modify, delay, shorten, or cancel a charter due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.

All bookings are subject to the Port Of Brooks Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy.

Yes. Decorations may be permitted with prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

Yes. All Port Of Brooks experiences are private charter experiences.

Absolutely. Port Of Brooks offers private experiences for corporate outings, client appreciation events, team celebrations, and special occasions.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available onsite.

Port Of Brooks is the sole operator of the charter experience. Brooks On The Water is a separate business entity and is not the operator of the vessel.
