Before You Board Good to know.

Clear Bag Policy

  • Clear bags, 12″×6″×12″ or smaller
  • Clear backpacks & small clear cosmetic bags
  • Diaper & medical bags (subject to search)
  • No large purses, tinted bags, duffles or mesh bags

Important Reminders

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled launch
  • All guests in your party must be present to board
  • No outside food or drink — purchase from Brooks On The Water
  • All bags are subject to inspection

Weather Policy

  • No refunds or rescheduling unless local weather conditions change. Boarding is always subject to weather and operational conditions.
